Warranty time limits are as printed on the product packaging itself. However, if an item proves to be defective within 30 days, our general policy is to replace the item with a new replacement at no cost and free shipping of the new item. The item & packaging must have been kept in brand new condition in all aspects other than the defect.

RETURN POLICY

No exchanges or returns will be permitted after 20 days from the date of sale. The item & packaging must be unopened and resalable condition.

Given the nature of our products, a 15% restocking fee will be assessed for all items returned to TonerMagic.com,other than for defective merchandise.

TonerMagic.comwill make every effort to ensure the delivery of your order in perfect condition. If however, you receive a package that has been damaged in transit, please contact the carrier and TonerMagic.comimmediately.
