SEARCH HELP

In most cases, using the regular search system will give you good results. There are times, however, when you will not find a match with the information you are using. This is usually because either the Product Type is incorrect, or there is a typo in the product or model number entered. You can try the search again, or use one of the following methods. Always select a Manufacturer to keep the number of matches manageable.

If you have already tried using all three fields and not found your item, try selecting the Manufacturer, but leaving the Product Type on "Select Product". Enter the product or model number or name in the box. You can enter letters, numbers, words, or any combination, including partial numbers or names.

If the last method didn't work, try selecting the Manufacturer and the Product Type, but leaving the search box empty. This will bring up all the products by this manufacturer in the category you selected. You can also just set the Maunfacturer and look through all their products, but you may get several screens of items.

When all these methods fail, or you are looking for something for which you do not have enough information, try the straight text search box below. Separate each item with a space. Include the Manufacturer, if possible, to keep the results manageable. Type in any numbers or model names and hit search. If we have the item, you should find it.
