International Orders Policy

If you live outside of the United States our International Policy applies. The United States includes the 48 contiguous states, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam and the U.S. Virgin Islands. All other countries are considered International.

We cannot accept credit cards or online orders for International Shipments. If you are outside the U.S. you can call us at (516) 933-2118 to place an order, or email it to us at: cs@tonermagic.com.

If you phone in the order, we will calculate the shipping charges by the method you select and advise you of the total. You will then need to send the funds to us by an acceptable bank order. Once your funds have cleared, the product will ship. If you email the order, we will email the shipping cost and order total back to you. You can then send payment and we will ship when your funds clear.
